mb8my Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual account holder and mb8my in relation to the website, casino products, sports betting services, promotions, payment facilities, loyalty features, customer support, and associated account functions. References to “you”, “your”, “player”, or “member” mean the person who registers or uses an mb8my account. References to “we”, “our”, “us”, or the “platform” mean mb8my.

These terms apply together with the mb8my Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling policy, promotion-specific rules, game rules, sports market rules, and any notices displayed during a transaction. Where a promotion or product has additional conditions, those specific conditions apply to that activity. If a conflict arises, the more specific rule will generally take priority for the relevant transaction, game, bonus, or wager.

mb8my may restrict or decline access from any jurisdiction where providing or using the service would be unlawful. Availability in English, support for MYR, or compatibility with a Malaysian payment method does not constitute legal advice or a representation that online gambling is permitted in every location.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register with mb8my, you must be at least 21 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You must not use mb8my if gambling is prohibited for you by law, court order, employment obligation, sporting regulation, self-exclusion arrangement, or another binding restriction.

You must submit accurate, current, and complete registration details. These may include your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address, nationality, and preferred currency. False, misleading, incomplete, or impersonated information may result in verification delays, withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or closure.

• Only one mb8my account is permitted per person unless written approval has been provided in advance.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to operate your account.
• You must keep your username, password, verification codes, and device access secure.
• You must notify mb8my promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
• You may not create another account to avoid limits, exclusions, bonus restrictions, or an account review.

Activity completed using correct account credentials may be treated as authorised until mb8my receives and acts on a credible security report. mb8my is not responsible for losses caused by a player's voluntary disclosure of credentials, insecure device practices, or failure to report suspected account compromise promptly.

Identity Verification and Compliance Checks

mb8my may conduct Know Your Customer, age, identity, address, source-of-funds, affordability, fraud-prevention, sanctions, and payment ownership checks. Verification may be required at registration, before a withdrawal, when account details change, when activity exceeds an internal threshold, or whenever mb8my reasonably considers a review necessary.

Documents may include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, driver's licence, recent utility bill, bank statement, payment account evidence, or a selfie holding an identity document. Documents must be clear, valid, unaltered, and supplied through the designated secure process. mb8my may request additional information where initial material is insufficient.

During a compliance review, mb8my may temporarily limit deposits, wagers, transfers, bonuses, or withdrawals. A review does not automatically imply wrongdoing. However, refusal to provide reasonable verification material, submission of false documents, use of another person's payment method, or evidence of prohibited activity may lead to suspension, closure, cancellation of affected transactions, or other lawful action.

Deposits, Account Funds, and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using payment methods held in the registered player's name. Subject to availability, mb8my may support Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, or other approved methods. Supported methods, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, and processing availability may change.

Account balances are displayed in the selected currency, commonly MYR for Malaysian players. mb8my does not operate as a bank, savings product, or money transfer service. Funds must be used for genuine gambling activity. Depositing solely to transfer funds, obtain cash-like benefits, or move money between unrelated payment accounts is prohibited.

Payment providers may impose their own limits, maintenance periods, charges, or verification procedures. mb8my is not responsible for delays caused solely by a bank, e-wallet provider, DuitNow, FPX, network outage, or inaccurate payment information supplied by the player. Where a deposit is reversed, charged back, recalled, or later found to be unauthorised, mb8my may deduct the amount, suspend the account, and review related activity.

Withdrawals and Payout Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared funds, completed verification, payment ownership confirmation, applicable bonus wagering requirements, account limits, fraud checks, and the account remaining in good standing. mb8my generally aims to process valid requests promptly, but displayed time ranges are estimates rather than guarantees.

Where practical, mb8my may return funds through the same method used to deposit. If that method cannot receive withdrawals, a verified alternative may be required. Recipient details must match the account holder's verified information. Players are responsible for reviewing bank account numbers, e-wallet mobile numbers, and other recipient details before confirmation.

E-wallet, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer times may vary because of provider reviews, weekends, Malaysian public holidays, scheduled banking maintenance, or additional mb8my checks. A pending withdrawal may not be cancelled after processing has commenced. mb8my may divide a large payment into reasonable instalments where method limits, security requirements, or account-specific withdrawal limits apply.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Rewards

Promotions, cashback, free bets, bonus credits, loyalty points, VIP rewards, and tournament prizes are subject to the specific terms displayed with each offer. Eligibility may depend on deposit amount, product, payment method, location, account status, turnover, qualifying odds, or participation period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined.

Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements, contribution rates, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum conversion or withdrawal amounts. Casino games may contribute at different percentages, while sports bonuses may require minimum odds or a set number of selections. A settled, void, refunded, or cashed-out bet may not qualify for turnover.

Benefits may be adjusted prospectively, and personal account managers cannot override these Terms & Conditions or guarantee a financial outcome.

Casino Games and Fair Play

Casino outcomes are governed by the applicable game rules, paytable, random number generator, or live dealer result. Players should review the rules, minimum and maximum stakes, payout information, and any side-bet conditions before participating. A game's theoretical return-to-player percentage is a long-term mathematical measure and does not guarantee a result during any individual session.

For live casino games, the result recorded by the authorised game system is final unless a verified technical error occurred. If video is interrupted but the game server records a valid result, the server record will normally determine settlement. If a round cannot be completed reliably, mb8my or the relevant game provider may void the round and return the affected stake.

Collusion, automated betting software, bots, unauthorised scripts, game manipulation, exploitation of latency, use of known defects, and coordinated advantage play are prohibited. Sports Betting Rules and Settlement

Sports wagers are accepted subject to the odds, market description, selection, stake, event, and potential return shown on the confirmed bet slip. Players must check all details before submitting a wager. Odds may change before acceptance, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or other rapidly moving events.

Settlement is based on official results and applicable market rules after the event is completed. Subsequent disciplinary decisions, appeals, or amended statistics may not affect settlement unless the relevant rule states otherwise. Postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled events may be voided or kept open depending on the sport, market, and resumption period.

mb8my may correct an obvious odds, market, participant, or settlement error. A palpable error may include odds materially different from the wider market, an impossible market combination, acceptance after the result became known, or incorrect settlement caused by unreliable data. Any correction will aim to restore the position that would reasonably have applied without the error.

Prohibited Conduct

You must use mb8my lawfully, honestly, and only for personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited:

• Fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or use of stolen payment information.
• Collusion, match manipulation, insider betting, syndicate abuse, or coordinated exploitation of offers.
• Access by a minor, a self-excluded person, or anyone acting from a restricted location.
• Attempting to bypass security, account limits, KYC checks, geolocation controls, or technical restrictions.
• Harassing support personnel, submitting malicious content, or interfering with normal platform operations.
• Selling, transferring, lending, or purchasing an mb8my account or account balance.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, mb8my may restrict the account while reviewing relevant records. Confirmed serious misconduct may result in closure, cancellation of affected bonuses or transactions, recovery of improper gains, and disclosure to payment providers or competent authorities where legally required.

Responsible Gambling and Player Protection

mb8my is available only to players aged 21 and above. Gambling involves financial risk and must not be treated as employment, investment, or guaranteed income. Players are responsible for setting an affordable entertainment budget and monitoring the time and money spent.

Subject to availability, mb8my may provide deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, promotional contact controls, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. A request to reduce a limit or begin self-exclusion may take effect promptly, while a request to increase or remove a protection may be subject to a cooling-off period and additional review.

A self-excluded player must not attempt to reopen access through another account or another person's details. mb8my will take reasonable steps to identify and restrict such access, but players must also comply with their chosen exclusion. Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure by contacting mb8my support. Before closure is completed, valid outstanding wagers may remain subject to their normal settlement rules, and any withdrawable balance may require verification. A standard closure is different from self-exclusion; players seeking protection from gambling should clearly request self-exclusion.

mb8my may suspend, restrict, or close an account where required for security, verification, legal compliance, responsible gambling, prolonged inactivity, a breach of these terms, or protection of the platform and its users. Where appropriate and legally permitted, mb8my will explain the general reason and provide instructions for withdrawing any undisputed balance.

Closure does not remove obligations arising before closure. Payment disputes, verification duties, valid settlement corrections, confidentiality provisions, intellectual property protections, and other clauses intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

Availability, Errors, and Limitation of Liability

mb8my aims to provide a secure and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Availability may be affected by maintenance, internet failures, device incompatibility, payment network outages, cyber incidents, supplier interruptions, events beyond reasonable control, or regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mb8my is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform use, delayed access, a player's gambling decisions, third-party payment failures, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players should keep independent records of deposits, withdrawals, and confirmed wagers. Where an account display conflicts with the validated transaction, game, or betting server record, the validated server record will ordinarily prevail, subject to investigation and applicable consumer rights.

Privacy, Communications, and Intellectual Property

The mb8my name, logo, interface, graphics, text, software, databases, and other platform materials are protected intellectual property. Personal use of the service does not grant a right to copy, sell, scrape, modify, republish, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit those materials.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

A player who wishes to raise a complaint should contact mb8my support with the registered account details, a concise description of the issue, relevant transaction or bet references, and supporting screenshots where available. Complaints should be submitted promptly so records can be reviewed efficiently.

mb8my will acknowledge and investigate a complaint within a reasonable period. Complex payment, game provider, sports data, KYC, or fraud matters may require additional time. The player must cooperate with reasonable requests for information and should not submit altered or misleading evidence.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in effect to the greatest lawful extent.

Changes to These Terms

mb8my may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in products, payment methods, security procedures, legal requirements, business practices, or responsible gambling standards. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through an account notice or another reasonable channel. Continued use of mb8my after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and request account closure, subject to settlement of valid outstanding activity.
